Institution-provided curriculum
ChatOMT provides software for organizing, understanding, and learning from an institution’s own educational materials. We do not sell test preparation services, a standalone curriculum, a catalog of lecture content, or a prewritten practice-question bank.
In institutional use, the institution and its authorized users provide the source materials. ChatOMT and Didactome organize and analyze those materials and support the generation of practice questions, explanations, and other learning activities based on that curricular context. These are capabilities of the software, rather than a separately supplied curriculum or practice-material library.
Institutional materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. This website does not transfer ownership of those materials or grant permission to use them. Permissions for platform processing and use are addressed in the applicable institutional agreements.
Licensure examination compliance
ChatOMT is not a COMLEX-USA examination-preparation service or enterprise. It is not developed, marketed, licensed, or administered for the purpose of preparing candidates for an NBOME examination. ChatOMT does not provide a COMLEX-specific curriculum, COMLEX-specific question bank, examination coaching, examination-readiness scoring, recalled examination content, or other NBOME examination-preparation services.
ChatOMT is institutionally licensed educational software designed to support an institution’s own curriculum. Educational activities generated by the software are based on curricular materials, learning objectives, and other educational context supplied or approved by the institution. They are not derived from NBOME examination items, candidate recollections of examination items, confidential NBOME information, or NBOME test-development materials (whether public or proprietary).
ChatOMT does not solicit, accept, collect, reconstruct, reproduce, or use recalled NBOME examination questions or other confidential examination information. Examination experience or access obtained by any person as an NBOME candidate is not used to develop, train, evaluate, configure, or improve ChatOMT or its capabilities.
ChatOMT is offered exclusively to educational institutions to support their teaching, curriculum organization, formative assessment, and student learning. It is not offered to individual candidates as a board-preparation product, and neither the platform nor its educational content is represented as predicting, reproducing, or targeting the content of an NBOME examination.
References to the NBOME or COMLEX-USA in this notice are solely for the purpose of describing applicable examination-security and candidate-compliance obligations. ChatOMT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners.
Public-domain demonstration materials
We created the original educational examples used in our marketing and demonstrations. These include our Renal Tubular Acidosis demonstration lecture and the original sample clinical cases, practice questions, and explanations used to illustrate the platform (the “Demonstration Materials”).
PUBLIC DOMAIN · CC0 1.0
To the extent we hold copyright and related rights in the Demonstration Materials, we dedicate those materials to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal. You may copy, modify, and redistribute them, including commercially, without requesting permission or providing attribution.
This dedication covers the educational example content, including that content when displayed in screenshots or videos. It does not cover the surrounding application interface, software, website design, branding, or other promotional assets. It does not apply to institution-provided or user-provided materials, outputs created for those users, or third-party works.
CC0 does not grant trademark or patent rights or clear rights held by other people, including privacy or publicity rights. Reuse does not imply our endorsement. The dedication is permanent and is governed by the CC0 legal terms.
Software, branding, and other content
Except for the Demonstration Materials and any separately identified licenses, rights in the ChatOMT and Didactome software, designs, derived analyses, interfaces, branding, and website content remain with their respective owners. The public-domain dedication above does not make the platform software open source or grant a license to its source code.
Third-party names, marks, and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any applicable licenses. Their appearance does not, by itself, imply affiliation with or endorsement of ChatOMT.
Educational and illustrative use
Clinical examples and demonstrations illustrate educational software. They are not patient-specific medical advice and should not be relied on for diagnosis or treatment. AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions and requires appropriate review.
Demonstration Materials are provided as-is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Their public-domain status is permission to reuse them, not a guarantee of clinical accuracy or suitability for a particular educational purpose.
